Ben’s controversial first novel, “White Crusade,” was published in 2007. It was followed by “Found: One Apocalypse” in 2010. Since then, he’s been working on several new projects, including “The Swamp-Poet,” about a friendship between a songwriter and a swamp-demon in a world without  music; and “Bone,” the undiscovered werewolves-vs-zombies screenplay of 1970s exploitation director Stempel Schneidler.
